CSs Ruku, Muuga And Ogamba Make New Appointments In State Corporations

Several appointments and reappointments have been made in key state corporations by Cabinet Secretaries Geoffrey Ruku, Eric Muuga, and Julius Ogamba, according to a gazette notice dated July 18, 2025.

Public Service Cabinet Secretary Geoffrey Ruku has appointed Lewis Nyaribo Oburu to serve as a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) Council, representing the Nyanza and Western Region. Oburu will serve on the council for a three-year term.




In the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation, Cabinet Secretary Eric Muriithi Muuga reappointed Bernard Kipsengeret Koros, Simon Ngugi Mwihaki, and Rodgers Chepkwony as members of the National Water Harvesting and Storage Authority. They will also serve for three years.




Meanwhile, Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Migos Ogamba reappointed Prof. Shem Wandiga as the non-executive Chairperson of the Council of Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology, for another three-year term.
