The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has released the placement results for the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) September 2025 intake.
According to a statement posted on X, successful applicants are advised to log into the KUCCPS Student Portal to view their placement status.
The results are from the second round of KMTC course applications. KUCCPS opened the application window for this round to accommodate students who applied for placement between January and June 2025 but were not successful, as well as candidates who sat the KCSE examination in 2024 and had not yet applied.
In addition, candidates who sat for the KCSE between 2000 and 2024 and had never been placed in KMTC were also eligible to apply.
The applications for placement to KMTC, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions, and the Open University of Kenya are continual.
Parliament has allocated Ksh 500 million to support KMTC students through loans disbursed by the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB).
